Start with a yoga of your choice ( Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha) to stretch out and warm the muscles, open up the areas that need to be work on with a class made on purpose. Create awareness of your sensations to get ready to receive the massage of your choice.
Condition your body mine and spirits with some adapted breath work. Pranamaya will rebalance the body, calm the nervous system and the mind and reboots the internal system. After a deep relaxation coming from your practice, enjoy The massage of your choice.

Adele : Travelling for many years discovering holistic and healing practices from all over the world she felt the magic of Vallarta and decided to stay here. Starting with a Yoga teacher training in Bali, she continued with an Ayurvedic healing diploma from Sri Lanka to end up with a coaching diploma to help people put up some plans in regards to help and heal as a lifestyle. Into her massages she uses holistic techniques such as reflexology points for the immune system combine with global massages techniques learned over the years of practice to deeply release the muscles.

For your booking, in most of our packages you only have to pay a 10% deposit online with debit or credit card. The rest will be charged in cash by our staff when the experience begins.
In some packages you will be able to choose to pay deposit or full price.
